Crystal in the Parts Department was very helpful. Not only did she drop off a part to our business on her way home she also called first thing in the morning to make sure we got it from where she put it. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly which part i needed and how to find it. I can't speak for anything else there, but she went above and beyond for good customer service. Much appreciated.

Picked up a new Jetta yesterday. Dealership was very easy to work with. Found the car online and drove from out of town to get it. Our contact person was Frank, who was very professional, honest and easy to deal with. Whole process was smooth and painless ! Several extra things were offered like paint protection/ x warrantee but no pressure or hassle. Overall highly recommend.
