Awesome experience! Austin Adams was amazing to work with. He was friendly professional, and kept us informed through every step. We also spoke with David White on and off, he too, was very professional. We drove to dealerships in Parsons, Lexington and finally Jackson to make the deal, so happy we did!

A vehicle we were interested in was being test driven by someone else who eventually purchased it. On our way home our only vehicle started making some noise and we ended up parking it until we could get it to a shop. We live in the country, several miles out of town. I contacted the salesman at Serra (on his day off) to see if they could deliver a car to us if we could purchase online or ? He said he’d be happy to come get us the next day and help us out. He drove 40 minutes one way and picked us up. We bought our 2021 Kia Soul and have been very happy with it and very grateful to Richard for going out of his way to make sure we could stay mobile. I highly recommend Serra!

I wS lucky to get the only female salesman there. 8 was very relaxed with her as my salesman . I think I was more comfortable anx no stress. The whole process maybe took 2 about two hours. I will be back to let Tammy Watson put me in a vehicle when i need another one.
