?????????? Sales Experience It started with a phone call to set an appointment, I explained what we were looking for and we had an appointment set later that afternoon. Upon arrival the sales team had 5 RELEVANT options lined up with the keys ready to go. Mike and Sal make this a seamless process and experience, finding us an even better than expected option and has us in and out the promptly. Shockingly our new car came with a full tank of gas, this may seem silly but that’s a huge pet peeve of mine. Thank you to the Smithtown VW Team, super happy with the new ride!
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Bought my car out and got a warranty and the whole process was very easy. The staff worked with me throughout making it a very smooth operation. Service department is easy to work with, and easy to schedule appointments. My overall experience has been great!
Would rate them 10 stars if I could! Kenny the salesman really went out of his way to make sure I was happy! He was very detail oriented, patient & extremely nice! & the finance manager Mike made sure to be super accommodating & friendly as well! The entire staff honestly was so welcoming & helpful which made my experience amazing! I ended up getting the car I wanted & am still beyond thankful they were able to get it done for me! They now have a customer for life! :)
