In 50 years of buying cars new and used from various dealerships big and small, this had to be the most pleasant experience of all. Saw the vehicle on CarGurus that we were interested in, went to check it out and met Joe the owner during his after lunch walk. He immediately went and got the keys and a plate so we could take it for a test drive. We had a few others to check out elsewhere and there was no pressure. Just support and thanks that we stopped by. We decided that Magic City Motorcars vehicle was the one we wanted after checking the others. It was noted they have their own service repair shop there and offered a 30-day warranty on the vehicle we selected. We felt we got a good deal and a fair price for our trade in. We went in to drop the trade, sign the papers and pick up the keys. Kathy even contacted our insurance company while there. All done in about an hour. This is a family centered business and it shows in a good way. Never once did I feel the unease of a "creepy car guy huddling with the manager and others whispering" like I had in the past at other places. We have already referred others there and are confident they will find the same excellent experience. Magic City Motor Cars and crew will be my first choice for the next vehicle!
