The service person that I dealt with Tricia was great. I received a call prior to my appointment to let me know the time frame of the recall repair, which was greatly appreciated since it would be 3 hours. She was friendly and personable. A pleasure to deal with

I had a very good experience with Safford VW's service department. This was the first time that I went to this dealership after moving from Richmond. They were very courteous and professional. In addition to my oil change/ tire rotation, they also recommended additional services that may be necessary and gave price ranges without pressuring me or making me feel that it was a life or death situation for my car. I believe I received a follow up email about it as well. Since I was waiting at the dealership, they explained that they were running behind and told me the additional wait time. It was helpful to set that expectation and they were finished with the work at the time they said. Before giving back my Tiguan, they gave it a quick wash. I'm not sure if that's part of their standard service or they did it as a courtesy since they were behind. Most dealerships have stopped providing that service, so I was pleasantly surprised. It was a really nice touch and I was extremely appreciative of it. I will continue taking my Tiguan there.
