Jen runs the office. She is great and very nice. She knows her stuff. Gene (sp?) is who I deal with in the shop. The guy works hard. Very impressed when I bought a car as well as when I had mine serviced. No tricks. No overpricing. Can't find much wrong with them, if anything. Recommend highly for VW lovers!
