Dale and John Boy were so helpful and patient with finding the right vehicle for my son and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I know I can trust and buy here confidently. The company works as a team, not out for themselves, which I find refreshing, plus everyone is super friendly, including the ladies in the office and the employees coming in and out. I was also impressed with the follow-through from Chris, the service manager, when I had a few minor things to update and repair on an older vehicle. He didn't rest until it was done to the best of his ability. I am very grateful, and it is my pleasure to leave a positive review with my intention to be a repeat customer.

BHUC was the first place I made an “adult purchase”. I was 19 with no credit, no car buying experience and left with no car after my first car finally gave up on me. Dale was patient throughout the whole process and got me a car I could afford. Answered all my (probably stupid) questions as I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. The tire sensors broke a few days later and they had it fixed free of charge. Fast forward to now 2 years later and the car’s just about paid off. The girls in the front office have made a point to remember me and actually get to know me. When my car started acting up Chris in Service looked at it at no cost, luckily nothing major just some false engine codes and carbon buildup. BHUC has the best customer service around and if something goes wrong they’ll make it right. I love these guys, you will not regret buying from them!

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford C-Max Hybrid from Bill Harris Used Cars. My salesman was Dale and he's a standup guy. No pressure, he let me take the car out on a test drive alone which is rare these days but very much appreciated and, was more than willing to address a very minor issue I noticed on the test drive. This is an honest, small town dealership that clearly values the relationship with the customer. My experience with everyone I have dealt with there has been nothing but above board. This was my second purchase from them and I most certainly will be back.
