I purchased a preowned Volvo from TJ two years ago and have absolutely loved my car. Recently I had a mechanical issue that was much more advanced than I expected. The day of my service, in the middle of a snow storm, the Crossway team worked diligently and efficiently to source a new starter from Burlington and get it back to the shop to be installed in my car. I had expected to be waiting for days, but they made it happen THAT day. I was there for a short period of time and my car has been running flawlessly since. I’m so grateful because I’ve had the problem diagnosed elsewhere but not many techs are skilled at working with European models. At Crossway, they are skilled at it all.
