I highly highly recommend these guys if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle! Amazing customer service, fast and easy process, and I absolutely LOVE my new car! Delvin is awesome, I called him about a vehicle I was interested in after I looked at their website and he helped immediately. I put in my application online, and he did everything to make sure I got approved. I don’t have the best credit because I’m only 23 and COVID hit me hard in 2020, so I was skeptical if I would even be approved. They did everything in their power for me to get approved, and even got me into a nicer and newer car than I originally was interested in! My 3 year old daughter loves our “fancy” new car, and I feel so blessed every time I drive it. The whole process didn’t even need me to be present, I just had to go in quickly and sign some papers once everything went through. There was no games, no hassle, and I felt like they really valued my time as a customer. They even had a guy set me up with a good deal on Insurance so I could drive away safe and happy. If you have any doubts about where to go to purchase a car, this dealership will help you and make you feel no pressure. Highly recommend them! Ask for Delvin he’s amazing! Went in with a certain budget in mind, and wanting to look at two certain cars. Delvin took our budget into consideration and recommended a different car that had less mileage and would be a lot more reliable. We were stuck between two choices. Test drove delvins recommendation and instantly fell in love, didn’t even bother test driving the one we were originally interested in. He handled all the phone calls to our bank and not even 24 hours later we were driving our car home. He even got us an amazing deal on insurance coverage for our new car AND our current car. Never felt pressured or forced into buying something over there. We had been to numerous car lots prior and we are extremely thankful we came here. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Craig has to be the most honest person in the car business, taking the time to tell me every weakness of each car I looked at. No pressure at all, nothing but pure Aloha spirit. I ended up taking a very nice car at a great price. As a new resident of Hawaii - I had no worries - Craig took care of all the paperwork and made everything seem simple. I don't think I'll ever buy a car from anywhere else on the Big Island. I cannot recommend Kilauea Motors enough...
