OUTSTANDING! This is the only dealership I recommend to purchase a car Springfield, IL. Fantastic service and genuinely great people. Brian and his wife, Katie, are amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about how wonderful and smooth the car buying process at Robert’s Automotive went. The people at Robert’s went way beyond what I expected. Brian didn’t pressure us in the slightest bit. He walked us through the car (ann electric) and answered all our questions and concerns with detailed answers. Customer service is important to me, as is buying local, and here you get both. Again, there was NO pressure from the staff to buy unlike other dealers I’ve dealt with. Highly recommend Robert’s!

Thank you, Dr. Bob and Mike for diagnosing and fixing the problem with my 79 Mercedes 240D! When I was traveling through Springfield IL, experienced a problem with my car and Robert’s Automotive through Google. Mike answered the phone and was ready to help instantly. Mike and Bob, despite their busy schedule of repair appointments, diagnosed and fixed the problem expeditiously within a few hours. The entire staff was nice. The waiting area was great! Dr. Bob also offered guidance advice on taking care of my classic car. Thanks again!
