North Park Lexus showed professionalism from time I contacted them on line. Interested in buying either one of the ES models. 350 gasoline powered or 300h hybrid. Set up an appointment for Tuesday mid morning. Arrived early & greeted by front desk receptionists who seemed to know me. They called Gregory in the sales office. Tanya came out and explained Gregory was in a meeting but would be with me shortly. In the meantime she walked me in to their Hospitality room where complimentary coffee & cookies were served. Gregory introduced me to the Lexus line & checked inventory location of vehicles matching my desires. He drove us to where vehicles were parked to examine . The Lexus Luxury equipped ES300h Hybrid gets 44MPG. The large size of trunk will easily accommodate a rollator with plenty of space for luggage & other cargo. This car has many smart features. Extendable drivers seat, wireless charging station, downloads Apps from phone, great safety features, & numerous technology that will made driving safer & a pleasure. Satisfied with their trade in offer of my Toyota Sienna & military purchase discount, Because of high inflation & vehicle market shortages, understand why Lexus interest rates are high and Dealership is inflexible on discounting sticker price. . All the staff: , Gregory, Tanya & Rebecca were friendly, helpful, & professional. In appreciation for buying from North Park, given a thank you gift basket. Owned many, at least 30, new cars in my lifetime but no one has taken as much time to explain how the vehicle functions better than Tanya. It was a Great buying experience.

I recently traded in my Lexus ES350 sedan for a newer SUV: the RX350. I adore my car. Every vehicle I’ve purchase from Lexus is top tier and the service is impeccable. We recently bought our Lexus NX 350 F Sport Handling AWD from North Park Lexus and must say it was the best experience we’ve ever had at any car dealership! Nikki Sample, our Master Sales Consultant, was impressive! I had an opportunity to meet Nikki about 5 months earlier, when I was “just looking”. I decided to reach back out to Nikki to inquire about a couple of Lexus NX 350 F Sports on their website. She responded rather quickly to let me know that they were available and provided me with the information I needed. He was so helpful and really well knowledgeable of the vehicle. Nikki, Taylor, and Austin made this the most stress-free car-buying experience that we’ve had since looking to buy a new car. Each of them were genuinely happy for us! Throughout the process everyone at North Park Lexus that we interacted with made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.
