2014 Mercedes-Benz M-Class ML350

I have had a really great experience buying not one, but two cars from City Auto Center. In June I wanted to trade in my old car and Sam gave me a better trade in offer than any other dealer I took it to. He had a wide selection of cars but I originally went to purchase a 2003 Honda accord with only 35,000 miles on it. But during test drive my mom fell in love. Luckily he had a 2017 Honda Civic there which I liked since I wanted a more updated system. Sam made the process very easy for us, and we left happy. We unfortunately had an inconvenience with the 03's stereo system which Sam had us in the next day and we got upgraded to a new system, with all the features my civic has. Even a backup camera! His neighboring mechanics always are really nice and work on vehicles promptly. Honestly Sam is someone who is going to help you with whatever car issues you may have, he is very knowledgeable about cars. Anytime I run into vehicle questions he is my first call, between him and the mechanics next door I always feel I'm in good hands! He is super friendly and always picks up the phone when I call, even when he isn't at his office! I highly recommend going with him if your looking to buy a used vehicle.

I've heard good things about this car dealership and I'm so glad I went to them. I visited twice before purchasing a 2013 Mazda 3. Their prices were lower than anywhere I found online and their cars were all in great condition. I was nervous to purchase from a dealership but was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was. There was no pressure from the sales people and they patiently answered all the questions I had. They knew their inventory well and immediately directed me to the cars that fit my criteria without pressure on me to outdo my budget. They let me test drive by myself which I appreciated & allowed me to visit my mechanic for inspection. When I was ready to purchase they didn't push me to go through their financing which was something that made me uncomfortable with other places in Davis I had visited. I mentioned that one key fob didn't work and they fixed it before I left the dealership. They hired a glass specialist to come and repair a small chip in the windshield while I was signing the contract after I'd already agreed to buy "as is." I witnessed great customer service and kindness both days I had been at the lot. The purchase process was smooth and they explained everything each step of the way. They offer a warranty coverage but were not pushy when I declined it. I wanted to drive my new car home so they sent an employee to drive my old car for me and I broght him back after. I had my trade-in ready the next day and they honored the agreement we'd made. They went above and beyond handling some issue that otherwise would have fallen on me. They are supposed to call me to pick up the license plate when it's ready and the registration should arrive in the mail any day. I will update this review once that's done. I want to especially thank Ali, Samer and Mohammad who were helpful, professional and friendly throughout this whole process. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a Tesla here two months ago and it was a pretty good experience. When I walked in, they don’t have Tesla inventories yet, but they’re willing to help me find one with good quality. They rarely do EV car research but they spent a lot of time looking for Model Y and finally I got the car within my expectations and even with a cheaper price. This auto dealership has a good working atmosphere and I really enjoyed the conversation with them, the shop is clean and well organized as well. Overall, it is a good choice for used cars purchase, they are the guys who are doing things that are truly beneficial for the customers.
