Amazing dealership I was taken care of by Juliana she assisted me and I was convinced from the moment I stepped through the door the level of hospitality and professionalism is unreal and definitely worth the experience I walked in and walked out with a basically brand new 2021 kia forte gt only 22k miles the car looked well taken care of and was in basically mint condition no issues once so ever transactions were smooth and during the wait I was even offered water an area to charge my phone and was able to chat freely with each employee as if we had been long time friends even getting to witness how scammers are treated leaving me with a sense of trust knowing this place was about business overall an extremely comfy place with a strong strong sense of community humor and overall making the car purchasing experience fun and simplistic to a T thank you carco!! My daughter and I were searching for her first car, and we are so glad we found Carco Auto World in South Plainfield. We had a terrible experience at 3 other used car dealers, but not here. They were very responsive to my first phone call, super friendly when we arrived, and very helpful showing us the car. They let us take it for a ride and made sure all of our questions were answered. I was impressed how they really make sure that their cars are fully functional and super clean. The price negotiation was extremely fair, and my daughter was able to buy the perfect first car with her own money. I would absolutely not hesitate to buy another car here in the future.
