2009 Mercury Mariner V6 4WD

When you go to Car Show, look for Rudy. He is an awesome guy he did his best to help us to buy our car. From finding the best financial price to take care of the insurance, he did it all. He works with us the whole time, being very patient and going way beyond our expectations.

We recently bought a Honda Odyssey from Alex. She was personable, good-natured, good-humored, professional, knowledgeable, and patient (I went in looking at a sedan and changed my mind to a minivan), a combination which is rare in the customer service world. She was a great listener and bought a real positivity to the entire car-buying experience. I constantly reminded her of how wonderful she was! The rest of the team with whom we worked were great as well. We'll be back someday for our next car (that Boxster looked nice...)
