We had a very good experience at Auto Nova. Honestly, you can never be too careful when buying a car, but the employees were very informative and helpful. My husband and I went to look at a Taurus, but they were very upfront and said there was a leak. We then looked at a few cars online in the office. We told them our budget and specifics we wanted. We found a 2009 Hyundai Sonata! Great mileage. We inspected under the hood and test drove it. We were able to hold the car with a deposit and went back a week later! ????
I bought my car from here a year ago today after my transmission died on my previous car. I was going through one of the hardest times I had ever faced and I was not ready to purchase a new vehicle. Auto Nova was the only positive experience that I had while car shopping and believe me, I tried everywhere. They made me feel comfortable, gave me several options, and allowed me to test drive the cars to my own mechanic a distance away. I bought a 2010 Jeep liberty that has since had to have several repairs, but I knew to expect that, as I was buying an older car. Brandon, who helped me the most, was kind and patient with me throughout the entire process. I really appreciate everyone who helped at Auto Nova and I can recommend them as a positive buying experience.
I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from Auto Nova last summer, and I can't praise the experience enough! Despite the car having around 200k miles, it runs like a monster– very good inventory enough. Btw they can provide free Carfax reports etc. Even though I made a cash purchase, they also offer finance options, showcasing their commitment to providing flexible solutions for all customers.
