I told him that I needed to get into a vehicle ASAP and he went ahead and preapproved me and my husband while I was at work so all we had to do was show up to find our perfect vehicle! He was real with us, and very informative, answered all of our questions promptly! There was a few issues with the vehicle that he got taken care of right away without any hesitation. Carlos, our salesman, was outstanding! My husband found the truck online. He asked for more pictures, and Carlos sent several honest pictures - showing all the flaws. We drove 3+ hours to look at it in person. We decided to buy it, but it needed a little maintenance before driving it the 3+ hours home. Carlos even suggested a place for lunch while we waited. We had a very pleasant experience.
