The service and facility are phenomenal. Every associate here is extremely friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond for the customers who are getting their cars serviced. They are communicative and professional throughout the entire time I’m waiting there. I have a fleet vehicle and go in for services often. They generally tell me it’s about a 2-4 hour wait if I stay and least offer me a loaner. I choose to stay in the waiting area and get some work done because the atmosphere and staff are that welcoming.

I had an exceptional experience at Premier Subaru in Watertown. Rachel Santos gave me such a warm reception which positively influenced the whole buying experience. She went above and beyond in finding the exact car of my dreams, the new 2024 Crosstrek Premium. Her friendly, personable demeanor made my test drive fun and easy. I felt I was given all the valuable information I needed to make such an important decision. When I picked up my car I met Gretchen Guevara, Business Manager, who was extremely friendly and efficient and made me feel like such a valued customer. She also made the paperwork easy to understand and answered all my questions. Craig was the best! Hands down one of the best buying experiences I've had in a long time. First we came by just to check things out, see if a Subaru was right for us. Craig got what we were looking for, didn't hassle or pressure us, gave us all the good reasons to buy a Subaru from Premier (especially Premier) and let us go on our merry way to check out some other car lots to see if a different make/model was right for us. Long story short, we came back! Of all the dealerships and salesman we dealt with that day Craig was the best - and premier the dealership we chose to buy from. They made it a no-brainer with the lifetime powertrain warranty which I still can't get over. Now we're into our first Subaru and loving it! The fiance and I fight for the keys now! 10/10 would recommend and buy from here again.
