Harrison was great and Collin was great and extremely helpful. I'm not good with car stuff but they made the process simple and smooth. Communicating with me through it and also making a “stressful” purchase an exciting one. I highly recommend this place when purchasing a vehicle. The culture of the work environment is great and also loved the snack section.

I had the opportunity to visit Redding Subaru and completed a test drive of a 2024 Crosstrek with Roman. Roman provided such a pleasant, stress-free test drive experience that it was unlike any other car buying experience I have had. He is very knowledgeable about the entire line of Subaru cars and additional products/services they offer. He was transparent and honest. I don’t feel the need to review every experience, but Jason has the best customer service and attitude of anyone working in customer service that I’ve ever met. He and his team had a busy day, but he fit me in when my check engine light came on and I was 5 hours from home coming back from a road trip, and I was worried about making it back. Luckily what I needed was under the warranty and they were fast and efficient considering the work they had to do taking apart my engine. They took care of me and helped me get home safely. Thank you guys! I wish I could vote Jason as employee of the year. He did an incredible job.
