2019 Subaru Legacy 2.5i

The sales associate named Siara was very nice and easy to work with. The Sales manager named Christina was amazing and worked well with my personal requirements. I definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them.

The sales team over at Diehl Hyundai of Massillon was just wonderful to work with Ryan Goodall and Joe Capuano was amazingly genuine people they helped me find the right fit for my budget. These guys went above and beyond for me to make the deal happen. While buying a car is a process these guys did everything they could to make me comfortable. They were fair and friendly and I cannot thank them enough. So if anyone out there is looking make sure you stop in and see these two guys you will not be disappointed and will leave knowing you got the best deal.

Great overall experience! Christina, Ryan and Crystal were all easy to work with, very friendly, nice and personable. Ryan kept me up to date regarding any and all information and any questions I had. Communication is key for me, especially when making big purchases. From the moment I walked in the doors, every employee was very welcoming, asking if I needed anything and had conversations with me while I waited. They get right to the point regarding pricing, etc. I wasn't waiting around for hours and hours while they tried to negotiate a deal. The whole experience was fantastic and I ended up driving away in the car I wanted, and it ended up being below the price I wanted. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to go to DIEHL and I will be returning for my next car.
