Cameron and Jason you guys rock. This by far the best car purchase to history. With this being a out of state purchase I couldn't of asked for better service. If I could give a 10 star I would. 1000 mile round trip worth every cent. You guys have earned my business. I never thought I would say this after the “NIGHTMARE” I experienced at the Young dealerships in Morgan 2 years ago vowing to never buy from any young dealership for the rest of my life! The Morgan location from the GM, sales associates, funding department and service teams definitely do shady, illegal practices and treat customers like garbage. Definitely documented everything to protect yourself. Speaking from personal experience. Otherwise I would have been stuck with a $21k repair. I will only take my vehicle for any service issues or oil changes to the Riverdale location. They have always been so amazing here and even tried to assist me with the issues I had with the Morgan location the last 2 years. I was in for a routine oil change this week with no intention of buying a new car. However, Jason Horridge was so professional and kind asking if I needed assistance today. I stated I was only in for an oil change but found myself asking if they had a specific vehicle which I didn’t see on their lot. Jason said they didn’t and the vehicle type asking rarely lasted long anytime they did. He said he would be happy to just double check there system. He was able to find me exactly what I asked for by checking every location. He even drove me to it to take a look and test drive all before my vehicle was even finished with my oil change. I absolutely fell in love with it before I could put it into second gear! He had a great deal of vehicle knowledge and honestly was the first sales associate that didn’t treat me like a dumb woman that couldn’t even understand the simplest of car information. Which let’s be honest people happens 9.7 times out of 10 to women. I couldn’t thank him enough for making this the best experience I’ve ever had specially after the horrible one I had previously. He was completely transparent on every level making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He wasn’t pushy and got everything done in a few hours. He got me the best deal on my trade in and on the new deal. He will be the person we ask for when our son gets his license in a few months and for all our families future vehicles. I will definitely refer everyone I know to him. I promise you will never regret such a positive experience! If Jason isn’t already being considered to move up in the company into management he needs to be! He has a natural ability to build amazing rapport with people always maintaining impeccable work ethic and values. I highly respect that in an individual. The way Jason conducts business isn’t to hurry and get a one time deal done. He creates business for life! I have to say I’ve worked in automotive financing for the last 8 years and work closely with dealerships across the country. Jason would be a great asset to a management team. He’s a wonderful example demonstrating top tier standards both customer care, experience and satisfaction. As well as internally. I observed the way he communicated with his peers and could see if he were in a management role how his skills could be a great addition growing potential future opportunities with current or new financial institutions and projects. Again, if he isn’t being looked at for management opportunities he should be before this guy is poached. Thank you again!!

Love this place! Came into to buy a car but unfortunately on the test drive the car had a issues so I left and came back the following week and Jason the sells rep had the car look at and fixed with in a half hour.
