Nothing but good comments for Casa Chevrolet GMC Alamogordo! From El Paso, Tx, we traveled to NM, to find our Tahoe. We had such a great experience that we brought a friend 1 week later for her to purchase a car too. Dean, in particular, was outstanding! He was so friendly and he wasn't "selly" or "pushy." He didn't over talk during the test drive and never tried to convince us, but let the automobile speak for itself. He even called me the day after our purchase to see how I was doing with our Tahoe. That was awesome!! All the staff, from the moment we walked in, said "Hi" and and it was a very friendly environment. Lawrence was great too! He answered all of my husbands questions and continues to help us even after the purchase of our Tahoe. What we really loved also, was the service they provided with Eric. He taught us all about our Tahoe and helped us set up the app and Onstar. He was so kind and so knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond to help my husband in his Chevrolet truck that he purchased 6 years ago. I wish all car dealerships had an "Eric!" The service department has been so kind to me this past week and understood fully why making sure my vehicle was safe to drive was important. Aaron Black made sure I understood what he was looking at and was able to relate to my situation. Even Bob the service driver was outstanding and kind and made you feel like you could talk to him on the back porch.
