2013 Subaru Outback

As someone who’s had prior experience in the auto sales industry there are very few salesmen as genuine as Gabe Sanchez. Prior to even pitching product or numbers he took the time to make sure we were comfortable, at ease, and on a vehicle that we like. Front desk staff is super sweet too. The General Manager George Martinez is also very swift to address any concern a client has and he presents a very hand-on approach where so many I’ve seen operate in the back with little to no interaction with clientele. They made an excellent team to help us get on the road in a BEAUTIFUL, reliable, and safe Ford Bronco Sport. They helped us lower our monthly payment, on a much more fuel efficient vehicle, and cheaper insurance! It’s a shame to hear Mr. Sanchez’s hopes to retire soon, so you better buy from him quick while you still have the opportunity!!!

My Ford Edge stalled at a gas station after fueling up. I called and spoke with Christina from the Service department at Koch Ford. She was absolutely awesome to deal with. She helped me from the time that my car was out of commission thru the service and repair. She was always available and attentive to my situation.
