We love Hyundai Santa Fe. We are on our third car. They are well made, durable, reliable and good looking. All three cars, we bought them at Fitzgerald. Ted was our salesperson, and he was very informative about the car, friendly and respectful. Thank you to Fritz for a nice experience.
Bought a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon Sport from Fitzgerald Auto Mall in January of this year (50k miles). The car buying experience was simple and there was never any pressure, hidden charges or added garbage fees like most other dealerships do. So sick of those tactics. Before buying, we looked up the cash value of the vehicle if we were to sell it the day we bought it and the cash price was very close to purchase price, so we felt as though we were getting the car for a fair price. Our saleswoman was named Marie. She was nice and very busy dealing with us and another customer at the same time. Never did she lose her composure with us even though we were not the easiest customers to handle. We are pretty picky when it comes to big purchases, and she handled us professionally. I would recommend asking for her. As a matter of fact, the entire staff has been outstanding to us in every way. Fitzgerald has a 4 month or 4,000-mile limited warranty that comes included in the purchase of all their vehicles. They have varying levels of this warranty depending on the car you buy, and they will tell you before you buy which level the car comes with. Last week our "new to us" car suddenly flashed pretty much every yellow warning light you could think of on the dashboard, yet the car drove well. It was an electrical system issue. Since we are still in the warranty period, I called service and scheduled an appointment. Never have I EVER been in contact with a service department receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) who was so hard working to go above and beyond to have all my questions answered. At one point, she even hunted down our saleswoman to get some information from her and then personally called me back to give it to me instead of ignoring me or making me wait for Marie to call me back. She provided quick and timely information which put my mind at ease that the repairs would be fully covered by Fitzgerald. This may not seem like a big deal to whoever may be reading this review, but it was to me. Especially since we have an hour and half drive to get there, and it would have stunk to have driven all that way to discover the work was not covered. She went out of her way to take care of me, and I so appreciated her effort. She closed the call by telling me to "Have a blessed day." I loved that! It's a very personal thing to say. Not a business thing to say. The little things like that really do matter to those who are paying attention. We took our car there and dropped it off last night. We got a text message this morning letting us know they have it in their possession and we were also given many direct contact numbers to our serviceman in case we had questions. A couple hours later we received a phone call. They diagnosed the issue and repaired our car under the warranty, as promised, so there is no cost associated with this repair besides our travel and our car is back in mint condition. Thus far, our experience with this car dealership has been the best one we've ever had. Now is probably the very worst time to have to purchase a car with the prices being so darned high on just about everything a consumer needs. Plus, the cost of borrowing is high too. It's such a stressful purchase to make. Especially when you are signing up for a HUGE liability like a car. This is why we are glad that we found Fitzgerald to make our purchase. No dirty car salesman to deal with who try to steal the money right out of your pocket with every word they mutter out of their slimy worm mouths. No scummy sales/finance manager making scummy sales deals in the back room that benefit them and not the customer. Just straight forward pricing. The price you see on the car, is the price you pay + tax + tag + title. That's it! In summary - I would describe our experience thus far as: Simple. Easy. Straight forward. Uncomplicated. Pleasant. And we love our new car! Thank you!
Wow had the easiest car buying experience ever at FitzMall - ask for Adrian Tufts and you too will have a great car buying experience. Adrian is extremely polite professional and knows his stuff ,he's also a good listener. You'll come away thinking you have known him for years and you actually just met him. If you need or want a car go for it !!!
