2012 Subaru Outback 2.5i CVT

I had my first experience and visit to Serra KIA recently and am happy to say that it will not be my last. First, the Service Manager , Thoresa was so competent , so knowledgeable, and so organized. She set realistic expectations about how much the work will cost and about when it will be completed and then exceeded it! Shuttle service is superb, the driver , Bernard is so warm and friendly and is a great driver, phew! It's a little "out of the way". but it is worth it and I am grateful to have been able to find a great service dealer for my 5 year old Kia!

I am very satisfied with Serra Kia in Romeo. I worked with Teresa and Timothy. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I wasn’t in a hurry but the service was done quickly. My appointment was at 11:00 and I was out by 11:45. I also question about the cabin filter. They checked it out and gave me a price. I decided to do it myself and they did not pressure me at all. I will continue to give my business to Serra Kia in Romeo.
