2014 Subaru Outback 2.5i CVT

A few days ago, I left the dealership with a 2025 Genesis GV70 and I’m so happy with my car!! This car is a gift to myself for my college graduation in October, so I was super picky! I went to several dealerships but I had to come back to Genesis because the customer service was top-tier. I worked with Denis, he was very helpful, professional, patient, and friendly the entire time. He didn’t make me feel like a random number, or rushed me- he took time to walk me through everything and answered all my questions. I believe Great Customer service sets the tone for great business. Plus, you never know who knows who! Denis still reaches out after my purchase. He does go over and above to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. I’m blessed and thankful to God for the opportunity to meet great people like Denis, Pedro, and Maureen even if I purchased or not. It’s important to always treat people with kindness, and respect because you never know the blessing behind it. I highly recommend Genesis to anyone who believes in great customer service!
