I did have to wait a bit on my order however, Bill is one of the best sales people that Safford has, he kept me updated on my order the best I could and provided me with top notch customer service. We live in Charlottesville, but since our local dealer never returned our call re. a specific van we were looking to purchase, we decided to purchase our Chrysler Pacifica from Safford in Warrenton.
