2013 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium CVT

We just purchased our second vehicle from carhop. Our first one was a Toyota and the second is a pickup. As far as warranty issues are concerned , there was never anything that came up. The Toyota has ran perfectly through the entire contract. And still runs great. I'm confident that our purchase we made yesterday will be honored throughout the warranty terms as well. Paul our first salesman and Noah that helped us yesterday were outstanding. It's great to know that there is a place to go to get a nice looking dependable vehicle that In eludes a warranty without the hassle and high pressure of a major dealership. They are also prepared and aware that people that come to carhop don't always have the best credit, and will go out of their way to get you into a vehicle that suits your needs. Sincerely James and Juanita. Update on my review. Less than 24 hours after buying the vehicle and posting the above review. I experienced a serious mechanical issue. Like any used vehicle this can happen. I contacted both Noah and GiGi at the dealership about this issue. Their reaction was both immediate and professional. They directed me to a repair shop that did a temporary fix until I could return it the next day which was Sunday. And yes the shop was open on Sunday. They were able to diagnose the issue and due to a time restraint to obtain the parts had the repair completed by the following Thursday afternoon. They also completed a minor need as well. I did not have to pay one penny out of my own pocket. Carhop covered the entirety of this repair with no questions asked. They are also covering other necessary needed replacement items as agreed upon in the purchase contract. I have no doubt that Carhop will continue to keep their promise should other needs arrive. Well done Noah and GiGi. And to the owner that responds to these reviews personally, thankyou for your professionalism for taking the time to reach out to your customers. I tip my hat to you.
