I was looking for a new vehicle after totaling mine. Jackie was very friendly , she stayed in touch with me. I live in Salem and couldn't get over there. So I had a friend go by and check out a couple vehicles. Jackie got me approved for a 2013 Kia Optima. Friends took me over and I signed paper work. Was informed it would be Wednesday before they could get in to service this. Then they delivered it to me Wed afternoon with a full tank of gas. I highly recommend them if you looking for a new used ride or a new vehicle. I love the car, with all the bells and whistles.
