Shane is great to work with! Very transparent and always on top of getting me any info I need. Between my uncle and I, we've bought 3 cars from Dex Auto Group over the last few months and all of them have been great! I'm thorough with my research, especially when buying a branded title. Pre-purchase inspections, car fax reports, extensive googling, etc. I was never surprised by anything that I hadn't already found on my own. The process is fast and simple, and you wouldn't ever have a clue that these cars aren't new.
Dex auto group is a dealership I would always trust because they make sure to fix every detail to make cars look and perform like brand new. I bought a car in 2020 and never had issues with it and just last week I bought another one from them. Shane was really good at communicating with me and my wife and I had a really good experience buying this other car, no doubt we will come back again to buy cars from them.
