2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium

My husband and I went to Wagner Subaru because of our daughter’s excellent experience buying her 2023 Imprezza. We were not disappointed buying our CPO 2022 Outback Onyx. Our salesman Oliver was very professional and personable. He made the experience so easy and quick. He gave us all the options of buying and was able to give us a fair trade-in value on our vehicle. The dealership is very customer friendly and not pushy about buying. We would buy another Subaru from Oliver and Wagner Subaru. The entire process was awesome! We will be back and will definitely recommend Wagner to others.

I'm generally wary of dealerships and have a low tolerance for the games they play, which is why I want to be sure to leave a good review here after our experience with Jarred. Having done most of our information gathering already, we came in to test drive a few trim styles of the Crosstrek to put a feel to our research. Jarred was very easy going, not pushy, and allowed us privacy to discuss without feeling like he was trying to sway us one way or another. He was prompt with answering questions, even when he had to seek out answers elsewhere while we waited. Additionally, Wagner offered us a good amount for a dealer trade-in (of course, you'll always get more on the private side) and were easy to communicate and work with for that. They also were kind and helpful when it came to taxes and registration since we are in a complicated residency situation. Overall, we feel very good about our trade in and purchase with Jarred and Wagner Subaru. It was a breath of fresh air to work with a clean and straightforward dealership!
