Great customer service and an honest salesman.....I purchased my 2016 BMW X5 35d from Alex. I put a deposit on the car a week before flying down from Ohio. Alex kept in contact the whole time and had a person who also wanted the vehicle but he honored my deal and even when I got there early on Saturday morning the person interested in buying the vehicle was waiting to see if I showed up. Alex handled the whole transaction professionally and the car is perfect! Me and my son drove the car back to Ohio and I had its oil and inspection done by my local BMW dealership and they say it is like new! At these dealerships, they tack on many types of fees that raise the cost of a vehicle 3-4 thousand dollars above the listed price.
