2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium

Had an issue at first and I must say the manager and staff where very professional on handling the situation. They accommodated me while working on my vehicle by allowing me to have a loaner car due to the situation and did there best to satisfy me as a customer. Communication is key and they very well did that. I would highly recommend going there due to the fact that if any issues occur, it will be handled with 100% professionalism.

Gotta give Joe Jacobs 5 stars for putting me in my new truck. My local Ford dealer (Lewisburg, PA) really dropped the ball, but Joe came through and found my ideal truck in a matter of minutes. Good work dude!

I generally never leave a review. We live in a time where customer service is failing. My experience with Apple Ford has been A+. Chuck the sales manager and Gregg my service advisor deserves some recognition on the good work that they do. I definitely will not have a problem recommending Apple Ford as long as everyone who works there treats the customer like Chuck and Gregg do.
