I was well treated by Tyler when I arrived early and for the wrong kind of appointment which I booked online the night before. He quickly got me going in the right direction and he even wrangled a loaner car for me when it looked like it would take longer than I expected. The young lady welcoming to the service entrance was kind and made me feel welcome both coming in and later when I was returning the loaner and picking up my vehicle. The service was done and reasonably priced. The only thing I didn’t like (and this is a management and/or corporate problem) here and at other Subaru dealers, is the pressure to give ‘my guy’ a five-star review or else he gets docked or demoted or??? What good are five-star reviews if they are more or less coerced?? What does the dealership learn? Nothing! If I could leave a good four-star review the time, say, that some small thing could use some work, like it took too long, or something was not clearly conveyed, then the survey/review might be worth something. But even being told in a friendly way that ‘I really need five-stars or my pay gets docked’ is a real turn off to me. The review becomes worthless and it’s unfair to the employee, who probably has little to do with the actual service being provided. So remember: Tyler was great. I give him six stars! (I hope he gets a bonus!)

Alex N. was so great. He saved the car I had called about, even as another customer wanted to possibly buy it. He was totally upfront about the costs and I didn’t feel pushed into anything. I will definitely recommend Berman Subaru to friends and tell them to ask for Alex!

I contacted Berman Subaru for a fog light installation on my 2015 WRX. I was put in contact with Chuck Grant who was extremely helpful and timely with setting me up to make sure I had the correct part ordered and that the service was taken care of properly. Pricing was reasonable and matched the quote I was given before doing the service. I am very happy with the installation and my new fog lights thanks to Chuck and the rest of the team at Berman!
