2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium

Had an amazing first time experience of financing my car. I came in with an idea of a budget and functions I was looking for in a car but didn’t have a solid plan in mind. The service specialist, Amanda, was above and beyond. She assisted me from start to finish; helped me navigate what I look for in a car, without feeling like I’m being pushed for unnecessary add ons. She really looked out for what was best for me and my lifestyle to match what kind of vehicle would be best for me. Danny, the General Manager was also amazing as well, thanks to him, we were able to negotiate a price within my specific budget. I also want to give my thanks to Wendy who helped out with finance. She also worked out a special deal for me as well. From start to finish everyone here was very informative, kind, helpful, and in the end I got my dream car! Will definitely refer my friends and families here!

I called a few days before coming in to confirm they had the models I was looking for. I was interested in purchasing 2 vehicles and one of those vehicles was going to be a surprise for our mom. Derrick helped me over there phone and was really helpful. He gave me information about the models I wanted and told me he would follow up with me the day before I was planning to come in to confirm that he still had those models available. He kept his word and got in touch with me on Friday as promised. He sent me links of the exact car and gave me all the information I needed. The Morning I was planning to come in (Saturday) he reached out again to see if I was still coming in and if I had any other additional questions. We came in and met with him around 11am. Derrick and Tony both initially helped us look at that cars as well as talk pricing. We decided to think about it so we left to shop around other locations. Ultimately we did find some similar deals at other dealership locations but decided to come back to Derrick because of his customer service and just overall good dealership ambience. We actually received terrible service at other Subaru locations in Los Angeles. We came back to Derrick later that day and closed the deal with him. We purchased one Crosstrek and one Impreza. Derrick was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, efficient and patient. He answered all of our many questions and took the time to make sure we left happy. He helped us surprise our mom with her new car as well. All in all we had a wonderful experience with everyone who works at Subaru pacific. There was other agents who helped us along with Derrick but unfortunately I do not have their names. We are already telling our friends and family about our great experience. We will definitely be recommending everyone here.

Complete honesty,,, ever since I started coming to pacific Subaru, it’s always been a pleasure with no headache or stressful situation . They treat each and every customer with the highest respect and care. Listening to all and any of your concerns about your vehicle. This location is one of the nicest and cleanest places I’ve had the pleasure to bring my outback for service. They do an amazing and excellent job. The employees are amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and “just down right cool” . Definitely five stars. ????????
