We needed a car for my son, who attends college in Michigan. Coming from another State, we researched vehicles for sale beforehand and saw that B&D Auto had good ratings and great selection of cars within our price range. We arrived and saw that the dealership was small but equipped with its own automotive garage. The facility was noticeably clean and well-kept. David, the owner, was great to work with. He provided us with a brief history of his dealership, which is family-owned, and indicated that they thoroughly inspect their vehicles in their shop before selling them. We did not feel pressured during the entire experience, and David was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars we test-drove. We purchased a vehicle, and the experience was very easy and efficient. David obtained the license plate and registration the next day, which was surprising considering the required process. David informed us that his dealership also provides maintenance and repair services. We plan to service the vehicle at their facility as well. Based on the level of service we received and the excellent overall experience we've had with David at B&D Auto, we would also recommend them to others.
The guys at B&D are great people. This is a family business and they are honest and personable. I visited their location to test drive one car and they let me try another one that better suited my preferences that I ended up buying. They did a full inspection on the car before I purchased it. Plus, they offer a warranty with each sale. This was a major peace of mind for me since my car buying history has been less than stellar. Highly recommend.
It was a pleasure to buy a car from B&D Auto. In my experience, many used car dealerships are difficult to work with and are even rude at times. Our experience of B&D Auto and their employees was very different. Everyone was helpful and kind and respectful. Over the weekend I found myself thinking back on our interaction and felt thankful we made the decision to buy from them.
