I can not brag on Jalen enough!! He had to be one of the sweetest, most caring, car salesman I have ever dealt with. Upon going in to talk with them about upgrading to something new, I was very skeptical due to my first experience being anything less than helpful. I was put in a bad spot with my interest rate and because of that I wasn’t sure what this purchase would look like. Well, Jalen took his time (5 hours to be exact) and worked diligently to get me the best deal possible , while still meeting my personal requirements of what I wanted!! In my history of buying a vehicle, I literally have dreaded dealing with what I have always referred to as “scam artist.” Sorry not sorry lol Anyone reading this will know exactly what I mean! Today my entire perspective was changed and I left a very happy customer. If you are in the market for a new car, I would highly recommend him! I will also give a shout out to the rest of the team as well! I am not sure if things have recently changed since new ownership has happened, but all of the employees I dealt with today were super kind and professional! Even the atmosphere was clean and enjoyable! I gave a 5star rating but I would have given more if I were given the option!

Charlotte is the absolute best!! She was so patient and took the time to guide us as we purchased our new car. She was not pushy and both she and Courtney worked with us to get our monthly payments within range of where we needed them to be. We will be referring family and friends!
