A great experience! I was very apprehensive about buying a car because of hassles at automobile dealerships. Subaru of Orange Park made the process easy and stress free. They were nice enough to deliver my new Outback Touring to my home! Courteous service and efficient process. I would highly recommend Subaru of Orange Park! I especially enjoy the stereo in my car! Finally! A green Subaru! I just downsized from a wonderful Outback from the same dealer! My knees have become an issue in my old age, so, I switched to the Forester Limited. The higher platform means easier egress; I don’t have to bend and scootch to get in! Mr Thompson and Hash made all the paperwork effortless. Love my features, maintenance package and warranty too! I have used their service department over ten years with several outbacks and never had an unresolved issue! Everyone I have encountered at this dealership has been gracious and accommodating to me and my car ‘s needs. Thanks

Hands down my best experience I had at any dealership. They worked with us to find the price and car payment I wanted. Was December 31 after working hours they (Sean Kelley and Tyler Freund) General Sales Manager and Sales Consultant stayed super late and didn't rush the process. Ian Rossby was amazing with us. Well, with me. My dad came with me to order the WRX I wanted and it’s the first sports car I’ve ever owned. Service was amazing and Ian was great. Extremely helpful and very informative. He knows his stuff. Cute too! Anyways, I’ve waited two months for the car to be built and come through. It was exactly what I wanted. It’s absolutely beautiful in person. I do want to apologize for my dad to make a fuss over everything. Especially being an 83 year old goat that wants it “perfect” for his daughter. I would recommend this dealship.
