2019 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited

I was introduced to this used car reseller by a good friend, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. They had a small but great selection of cars, all in excellent condition. What really stood out was that they didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into any unnecessary packages—everything was straightforward and transparent. They gave me the time I needed to make a decision, which made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a quality used car!

This was far and beyond the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Both 'Z' and 'K' were genuine human beings and worked with me from the get-go. They encouraged me to have my mechanics look at the car, and even though two minor things were found, they fixed it in two days. In a world entirely of crooks and shady car salesmen, it was refreshing to have a pleasant, no-pressure experience. I will tell everyone looking for a car to check them out first. I'll be back again!

I have so many great things to say about our experience at Roadstar. It all started with meeting Kay! Shopping for a used car had been stereotypical until we met Kay (one of the owners); he truly cares! You can tell the moment you meet him that he's different than your average used car salesman. He is warm and kind and so willing to help make things right. He found us the car we wanted, on a snowy day, and made sure the snow was cleared off when we got there. The sale was effortless that same day. He paid for the emissions to be checked and bought us brand new matching headlamps because one was worn. He has been there for us after the sale when we have questions, and we look forward to buying cars from him for our kids in the future.
