About a week ago, My husband and I started the process of getting my very first brand-new car. Our sales lady, Karen Smoot is very friendly and knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. She spent her time showing me different Outback trim packages. She did not rush me into buying one yet but took her time to know more about me and what I wanted, so she could help me pick out the right trim. She not only got the job done quickly but also made me feel comfortable about my decision. Highly recommended!!
