Egolf went beyond the call of duty to find an unusual part for my 2022 Lincoln Nautilus 2.7. Mike in the parts department was unrelenting. He found what three other Lincoln dealers and Ford Motor Parts could not. They got it to the shop quick, got me in and out fast, and all for a reasonable and fair price. Kudos!
I myself was not there, but my wife was. It took about 45 minutes for Egolf to do the work on the car. The Explorer needed an oil change, tire rotation and check the air filters and battery. When I first rode in the car, I was pleasantly surprised. There was power again and the Explorer rode well, meaning it was smooth. Cudos to Nick and the gang at Egolf. Excellent job and service.
All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Having the benefit of driving home when I dropped my vehicle off and picking me back up when the job was complete was exceptional. And especially since I live an hour away.
