This is Elizabeth Fleming on my daughter's account. I was dreading buying a car since I have never done it by myself. I thought it would be very stressful and so many dealerships take advantage of people. But I felt compelled to write a review about the wonderful experience I had at Bristol Toyota. Everyone was honest and they turned it into a great experience. I highly recommend them, in particular I really enjoyed working with the sales person Bobby Robinette. He was honest and easy going. He made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me. The finance person JD Hess was excellent as well. Buying a car can be stressful, especially for women. But Bobby at Bristol Toyota definitely made it enjoyable. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.
Ryan and Evan have been super helpful and welcoming! They really are interested in your needs and what you’re looking for. They have gone above and beyond being helpful, taking care to treat me exactly how I had hoped to be treated at a dealership. If you’re looking for a Toyota, stop in and talk to these folks. They will treat you exceptionally well, not push you into something you don’t want, and listen to your needs, helping you find the right Toyota! They’re also super knowledgeable about the entire Toyota lineup, you can tell they know what they’re talking about! But they’re modest about it.
If you’re in the market to trade or buy a vehicle, go see this Toyota group! I recently traded in my Highlander for a Sienna and they were great before, during and after the sale! The Salesperson I dealt with was Raven and she was phenomenal in keeping me up to date on the details of my van from the build to delivery! All of the team were very helpful! Other dealerships seemed to want me to ask all the questions…at this dealership, I felt they were more helpful in asking the questions and looking for just the perfect fit for me! I’m loving my new Sienna! So happy with the choice I made in choosing Toyota of Bristol to find it for me!
