I don’t write a lot of reviews but when my expectations are exceeded I like to. From the salesperson Matt who helped me to the sales manager everyone was friendly and helpful. The general vibe was very relaxed and I didn’t feel pressured at all. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to see multiple Rivian R1Ts and Ford Lightings at one location as I’m interested in an electric truck. Thank you for a very good experience. Edit: ended up coming back to purchase and was also very happy with the buying process. There was no pressure to buy any additional packages. The process was also quick and I got a very good interest rate, on par or slightly lower than with what credit unions advertise currently as lowest available.
To start off, we had been searching for months to find a safe and reliable car for our family.
