“Definitely Recommend ” We were seeking a used car that could be a good learner car for our kids. Caleb, our salesman, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They worked with our budget, and we arrived at a fair price for the vehicle and made a purchase the same day. There were some mechanical issues with the car after we took delivery, but the service department repaired those issues free of charge with no questions asked as soon as the parts arrived for the repairs. We have been enjoying the car for a few weeks and are very happy with the car, the service completed on the car and the whole purchasing process. We would definitely recommend Caleb and Faulkner Subaru to family and friends in the future.

I bought my third Subaru. This one was a Subaru Forester Wilderness. Love it. Caleb from Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg was an awesome help when purchasing my Subaru. I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase a Subaru in Harrisburg PA area to stop in and see Caleb.

This was one of my better car buying experiences. The salesperson was easy to work with and I feel that the price of the car was reasonable. The financing person was not pushy. He went over different options available to me. When told I was not interested, he did not try to persuade me to buy the product. A few weeks after having the car my wife and I went to the dealership for a free encore presentation. It is an explanation and demonstration of how to use the systems specific to your vehicle. It was very helpful and the person that did the encore presentation was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
