2020 Subaru Outback Premium

Shout out Noah Sipat. As my service advisor for my recent visit, Noah went above and beyond for me. I brought my car in for a warranty replacement, and he made the process super smooth and expedited. I brought in my car and although Subaru didn't have the specific part, he was able to get it by the next morning. Not only did he help fix the original issue with my car, he also assisted me with another issue that arose with my car and made that process as simple as can be. He's a great guy who works hard, cares about his clients, and is an honest man. After leaving, I was compelled to write a review for him, without him even asking.

Hands down the best dealership in Livermore. Due to unforseen circumstances I was left without a car and needed to find a replacement. After spending the day finding nothing at other dealerships, we ended the day at Subaru not expecting to buy a car 20 minutes before closing. I knew nothing about Subaru cars before going in so I had a lot of questions. Pouria took the time to let us test drive multiple cars and answer every single one of my questions! We ended up staying over 1.5 hours after closing and I really appreciated their time. We ended up purchasing a car and I love it so far. I would definitly recommend Pouria and Romel at this dealership for anyone looking to buy a car.

Bought my daughter's Legacy with Daniel and he was great. He was kind and helpful and made sure I stayed within my price budget. Not even 1000 miles later, an issue with the exhaust pipe was diagnosed and even though there was no warranty left, Jaime and Noah went to bat for me and made sure the repair was taken care of b/c it was a costly repair. I was so happy and thankful b/c this dealership goes above and beyond for their customers and I will make sure my next Subaru will be purchased with them. Thank you!!!!!!
