My family and I were in the market for a three row seat vehicle so we came to Subaru Family Hicks to look at the Ascent. Luckily for us we got Keane as a salesperson. He was very detailed and thorough in his explanation of the different trims. His style worked great for us as he was very patient and listened intently before responding to our loads of questions and concerns. The dealership did everything they could to earn our business and it was easily the best experience we had this go around for a new vehicle(across 4 dealerships).
I was super nervous to make my car purchase but Joe Kochiss and the Subaru family made my purchase way less stressful and way more enjoyable! Joe worked with me all week to make sure I purchased the vehicle I wanted within my price range! I never once felt pressured to made a quick decision and the process was at my own pace! I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed the process because of him and the management team that assisted with my car purchase. Five stars are not enough. Joe Kochiss went above and beyond to help my daughter find her perfect new Forester. He took the time to find out exactly what she wanted and was able to secure a vehicle from another dealership. The attentiveness, professionalism, honesty, integrity and overall customer service provided was exceptional. The entire Hicks Family Subaru team worked with her to locate the vehicle she wanted, provide optimum trade in value, finance rate and total cost. After signing, Joe took additional time to go over all of the car’s features. We have worked with many dealerships and this has by far been the best.
