This dealership was by far the best I have EVER been to. If I could get then 10/5 stars I would. I had the greatest experience there, no one was the typical "car dealer" pushy, and their staff instantly made you feel like family. Andrew was the dealer that helped me, and I'm pretty sure he is one of the best human beings that I've ever met, let alone who has helped me with a car. The atmosphere in this dealership was unlike any other that I've ever been to (in a really positive way); everyone was laughing, having fun with their job, but still acting 100% professional. You can tell that the owner really cares about the type of people he hires, and that the dealers have a certain baseline to not being pushy and make everyone feel like family. It didn't feel like it was in a fake/phony sort of way either, everyone there truly seemed genuine. Andrew himself though, he is either a superhuman in disguise as a car dealer or an angel sent from above. He was SO nice. And not the "I'm trying to sell you a car, 'fake nice'", he was a super genuine human being and right off the bat I felt lucky to have him help me (everyone else seemed lovely too). I had originally gone in to finance my car because I had leased the first part of it. Right off the bat Andrew told me that he has done quite a bit of helping people eith that, and would be able to help me. When I walked in I fully expected him to try and sell me a car. He introduced himself and asked if I was ready to go look at financing. I let him know that I was actually 200 miles under my my mile limit on my lease, and that I wouldn't mind looking at a few cars; but that I was on a limited budget because I'm a single mom. He really took that into consideration and did everything he could to work with my budget. The entire experience was amazing. In between waiting for numbers and papers, we were telling stories and laughing about random stuff. He is a family man, so that makes him even more likeable as a dealer too! Just overall he is such a kind, humble, genuine human being and I feel lucky to have met him! I told him my insurance on my current car was super high and I didn't have any tickets, he let me know that they actually had an insurance agent at the dealership who could help me find a new insurance company who might be able to quote me lower. And she found one who quoted me 50-70$ less which was amazing. Her name was Mel, she was amazing too and literally so sweet. Please please stop by this dealership if you are in the market for a subaru or even just a car in general. You will 100% have the family experience and not regret your choice. They even did a teacher appreciation car wash out of the kindness of their hearts... the owner himself made that happen to show thanks to our teachers and give back to the community, not anyone from corporate. Ask for Andrew to level up your amazing experience even more! I had originally been to Royal Subaru in Hillsboro... yikes. Big yikes. The guy didn't try and work with my budget *at all*, and I had more than the typical car dealer experience. Their cars were marked up significantly too. It is 110% worth it to make the extra drive to Carr Subaru. I don't care if you live in Washington... MAKE the extra drive. I promise it'll be worth it! This is in no way a paid review. I simply had such an amazing experience as a single mom and as a person in general, that I knew I had to leave a review so everyone else knows how great they are, and can go personally go in and experience their atmosphere for themselves. This is a 360 review for sales and service. To start my car had some issues and I brought it in to get checked out. Eric was my guy in service who was always keeping me updated. After being told I was hit with a $15,000 bill and my extended warranty was being squirrelly, Eric and Brandon spent hours on the phone with them making sure they ponied up for what they owe. After their effort and time insurance wised up and covered what they should have. Since I was moving and the repair would take too long I went over to sales and met Travis. I told him my situation and we spent some time looking at used ascents. By the time I was able to buy most had been sold but we found one that worked for me at a payment I was comfortable with. Smooth, efficient, and not once did I feel pressured. Honest and upstanding. Danny the sales manager also stopped in and was a pleasure to work with. Wife came in with our 2 month old for the sale and all sales reps were stopping by chatting us up about our little guy even though we were not working with them. Eric in finance was also quick and no pressure whatsoever ever. Real solid team from service to sales and I couldn’t be happier. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Once again a 360 win for everybody.
