I like getting a new car but dread the process. man! I can’t complain about the experience I had . Courtney (our manager )was firm but she’s fair which I liked. Told her what we needed for the deal and she made it happen. Finance was awesome and we appreciate everyone at that dealer. Thank you guys . Ready to put some miles on our new WRX.

7/30/2023 What an absolutely fantastic experience with James! Today, we ordered our 2024 Crosstrek Sport Alpine Green from this place, and from start to finish, including the test drive, James was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every small detail and the differences between each trim. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. Not once did we feel pressured to make a deal today; the price was very reasonable, and there were no games, just complete transparency and honesty. After visiting so many dealerships, I can confidently say that this has been our best experience by far. On top of that, the dealership was impeccably clean and organized, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. The lady at the front desk was also exceptionally kind and helpful, which gave us that wonderful feeling of old-fashioned customer-first service. Once we receive our new car (estimated November), we'll update the process (or rating). But for now, we are already over the moon with the service we've received.
