Isaac and everyone I dealt with were incredibly attentive to my timeline, goals and desires as far as cars go. No one tried to upsell me on things I stated I didn’t need, and when I said my number one concern was my kids and their safety that totally set the frame for the cars we looked at and ultimately the one I bought. Additionally, the dealership itself was warm and welcoming, far more so than the several others I went to—on a hot, busy Saturday they were thronged with families with little kids (mine included), and they had snacks and juice boxes for them and not a soul there seemed like they were put out by all the kid chaos. Everyone seemed genuinely invested in helping these families find cars to fit their lives. 10/10 would recommend getting your car here!

Subaru of Ann Arbor was hands down the easiest car buying experience ever! All team members I dealt with at this dealership were so helpful and so kind. However, my sales rep Brad Maschke was especially fantastic!! I've had experiences in the past with sales reps who do the bare minimum to help you get into the car you want. I can assure you Brad is not one of those guys. He truly listens to all your wants and needs in a vehicle all while getting to know you on a semi personal basis. I truly felt like he understood my concerns and never made me feel pressured into purchasing a specific car. Brad weighed all my options with me and helped me find the right car to satisfy my wants in a vehicle all while ensuring I stayed in my budget. He was so knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and was able to answer any questions I had. Brad made sure to get me physically in the driver seat and make sure I was happy with my choice. As a new mom looking for one of the safest cars on the road to drive her family around in, I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to have the car buying experience I did with Subaru of Ann Arbor.
