The vehicle I wanted wasn't at the dealership until about 2 weeks later. The sales manager Ms Teneka Miller called me at expected, and the store manager Mr Steve Oxendine was very welcoming. In my opinion this dealership team did everything I asked for. Mr Steve Oxendine was very polite throughout the negotiation process. And finally, in the finance department I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr Mark Law. A thoroughly pleasant individual to interact with. He was very attentive, did not rush me, sanitized the workspace, and flew through the documentation process much faster than I expected. Explained all the necessary details as he went along. I have purchased and sold nearly a dozen vehicles over the past 10 years. I honestly believe that I had one of the very best experiences at this Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore dealership. I know full well that spending hours at a dealership can be very daunting and exhausting. Going back and forth between the sales agent and sales manager can be frustrating. And then additional sales taxes in the finance room. But here, I did not experience any of those unpleasantries, That's exactly why I feel compelled to share my personal experience. Bill was amazing! He knew exactly what I wanted, when he pulled the car out waiting for me to arrive at the dealership another individual became interested in it and he wasn’t going to let that get in the way of me getting the car I had my eye on since January! The process was rather quick and painless, we were in and out of the dealership in less than 2.5 hours which is not heard of! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Chevy!
