We just purchased a 2024 Subaru Forester from Quantrell. My wife and I put a lot of decision making into our purchases because we value the money we've earned, and this dealership was extremely patient with us and made the experience very positive. Every person we ran into was friendly and helpful. The salesperson who worked with us is Emily. She was extremely positive and friendly and had a great deal of knowledge about her product. She was able to answer questions about packages and pricing and what the different options were in each vehicle. We started off looking at a Crosstrek but ended up with the Forester. This is a big difference, I know, but as I said we had to walk through our own buying process. During our buying process we visited other dealerships and other car types. When we visited one other car manufacturer dealer who had a model that we were favoring at the time, the salesperson outright lied to us multiple times about packages and vehicle availability. We never felt any dishonesty at Quantrell. My wife and I have purchased over a dozen vehicles in the past 20 years, and this is probably our most positive buying experience ever. Thank you, Emily, for the great buying experience. Oh, and they also have a great coffee machine.

The color I wanted wasn’t available at Quantrell, so he located the one I wanted and traded with another dealership to get it. Purchased a brand new 2024 Subaru Impreza about a week and a half ago from Quantrell and absolutely loved the service I received! I got the opportunity to work closer with Brandon when selecting the right car and trim! He was professional but also very personable, and as a younger person purchasing their first car with a parent, it was nice to work with someone so understanding!
